Coaching for NET in Mathematical Sciences

The Joint CSIR-UGC NET is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to determine eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and/or Lectureship/Assistant Professorship in Indian universities and colleges.

Lousing Chaphu is offering coaching classes to support students aspiring to qualify for JRF and/or Lectureship in Mathematical Sciences. A new batch is tentatively scheduled to commence on 31 July 2025.

Date of commencement: 31 July 2025

Medium of instruction: Manipuri and English. This course is not suitable for students who do not understand Manipuri (Meiteilon).

Mode of learning: Online (currently planned). Offline sessions may also be arranged based on demand.

Duration: 6 months

Class timing:

  • Offline mode: 7:00 am – 9:00 am
  • Online mode: 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm
    Currently, only the online mode is confirmed. Both modes may be offered if there is sufficient interest.

Course fee:

  • ₹10,000 for Mathematics students
  • ₹6,000 for Statistics students
    Exclusive discounts are offered to the first 10 registrants. Coaching is free for displaced students residing in relief camps.

Fee payment options:
Students can pay the full amount at the time of registration or in two instalments. Those with financial constraints are encouraged to contact us before the registration deadline to discuss alternative arrangements.

Syllabus coverage:
The course will cover Unit 1, Unit 2, and Unit 3 from the official CSIR NET Mathematical Sciences syllabus, available at the CSIR-HRDG website.
Unit 4 will not be covered.
